How long is the Douro river cruise?

The Six Bridges Cruise lasts 50 minutes and passes under all six bridges of Porto and Gaia. The Wine Cellar combo adds a self-paced Port wine cellar visit and tasting — your voucher stays valid for 48 hours after activation, so you can visit before or after your cruise.

Do I need to book the boat tour in advance?

You can request a preferred departure time online, including on the same day, subject to a short lead time and a cutoff around 17:30. Booking a day or more ahead gives you a better chance of getting your preferred time, especially in busier periods.

Is there an age limit for the cruise?

No — the cruise welcomes all ages. Pricing is split by age: adults (13+) pay full price, children aged 4–12 pay half price, and babies aged 0–3 travel free.

What's included in the Wine Cellar combo?

The combo includes the 50-minute Six Bridges Cruise plus a guided visit and tasting at a Port wine cellar in Gaia, for €31 per adult and €15.50 per child (4–12), with babies free.

Can I book bike rental online?

Accepted Answer

Bike rental bookings are temporarily paused. Message us on WhatsApp with your preferred store, bike type and dates and we'll arrange it directly — you still pay at the store when you collect the bikes.

Do I pay online or when I arrive?

Accepted Answer

For boat tours, you request a preferred time online and pay in person when you collect your tickets at our office — no card details are needed online. Bike rentals are currently arranged over WhatsApp instead of online, and you still pay at the store when you collect the bikes.
